At Hiérro, we strive for excellent customer service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return it.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.

Return costs are for the customer.

Return conditions
- Return item within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn (trying it on is allowed) and all original tags must still be attached to the item.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors. Items that smell of perfume, deodorant, smoke, or other odors will not be accepted for return.
- The item must not show any signs of use or other stains.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return conditions.
